The imaginary remains the essential source for creating, even when the conditions that stimulate the creative process vary from one designer to another.
Beyond the personal experience of creating, which is infinitely richer than the words to describe it, we would like to rediscover with you the steps and dynamics specific to people who design/create. In addition, we can open project management to the universe of artistic creation.

Five-step structure
From seizing the creative vision to presenting the project, we identify [ Five steps ] to support the designer in his/her personal voyage into the imaginary.

Creative dynamics
The need to create is vital: Risk taking is an inherent part of creating whether the artist is talented or not. To nourish this inner strength, each designer generates their own frame, which is expressed within a structured and solitary time-space. If participating in a collaborative project without enough direction, a designer can often waste energy and lose focus!
  Distance and creation
The protective envelope in the first phase of creating allows time for the designer to regain the authenticity of his/her inner feelings. This phase will be followed by a sometimes difficult separation period between the creation itself and the feeling of its creator.

Maintaining this essential distinction between creator and creation curbs fatigue and doubts. It also helps these managers who are wearing two hats, one being the creator's and the other one being the project manager's, to perform better.

Alternating Solo, Duo and Trio
While the first steps of creating are solitary, collaborative projects with performers or technicians are sometimes required in the further development of the innovative process.
