While imagining bridges between her artistic career and her international experience, Elisabeth Damour has been developing a functional training program dedicated to designers and artists, whether they are experienced or beginners.

With a Master's degree in Russian and International Marketing, Elisabeth joined
The London Contemporary Dance School
in London in 1973, as a dancer.

Since then, she has been working with designers from various fields, including table/home decoration at Wedgwood in London, to the fashion and staging design industry in Sao Paulo. Later on, while still growing within her own artistic career, she began consulting.
In 1999, she started her own company : Suivi d'Effets, which literally means
"followed by results".

Certified in Process Communication and Coaching (Frederic Hudson Institute), Elisabeth is trained in art-therapy, in the Steve Paxton Contact Improvisation and in the Mathias Alexander technique.

Suivi d'Effets helps designers and teams of designers, whose mission is to develop new products in the automobile, electronics, robotics, photo-video, home-furnishing industries. The company also works for international groups, such as Arjo-Wiggins, L'Oreal, Matra-Automobile, Renault...

Elisabeth and her certified consultants offer this training either in French or in English.

Suivi d'Effets belongs to The American Association of Product Development and Management.
