Each of the 11 questions offer 3 choices. Select the situation that seems to best correspond to your own.

I.
Why do you create ?  
1 - I have the urge to invent and build things.
  2 - I need to express what is happening inside of me and to share my emotions.
  3 - I like to express my ideas and create opportunities for unpredictable discoveries in order to bring about something new.

II.
What is your source of inspiration ?  
1 - Suddenly, an impression becomes stronger and stronger and I capture this vision and make it concrete.
  2 - I work from gut feelings. I start with an idea, a text.
  3 - I note all of my ideas starting from a vague impression.

III.
How do you organize your work ?  
1 - I have a complete, defined, detailed idea of the result that I am trying to achieve before I set myself to work.
  2 - I need a global vision around which to improvise.
  3 - I develop a core idea and an agenda that I review and adapt as new ideas and discoveries arise.

IV.
What is your relationship with time and environment ?  
1 - I need a specific environment that I set up for myself, I need to work at my own pace.
  2 - I like to have enough time ahead of me, or I feel under pressure, I have favorite places where I like to work.
  3 - I feel inspired by everything a new environment can bring and deadlines motivate me.

V.
What stage of creating fascinates you the most ?  
1 - I need to live with it from the beginning to the end, I need to reach my goal even if I am not pleased with the result.
  2 - The result is not as important as the amount of energy invested in the project.
  3 - The process, the development and to see how things change and evolve.

VI.
At what point do you talk about what you are creating ?  
1 - It is hard for me to talk about it and I only do so once the work is completed.
  2 - When I start working on the project or when I am going through a period of self doubt, I then feel the urge to share about my feelings.
  3 - I like to share my enthusiasm even before setting out to work.

How do you feel when your project is completed ?  
1 - I worry about people's feelings about my personal visions.
  2 - I give a lot of myself, knowing that the feelings of others help me grow.
  3 - I like what I did. I know how to acknowledge myself.

VIII.
How do you cope with the transition period between ending a work and starting a new one ?  
1 - A work that has been completed leaves its mark and sometimes, unconsciously, I find myself developing ideas that have already been expressed.
  2 - I need a period of transition before I can reinvest energy into a new project.
  3 - I find it very motivating to have to start a new.

What artists do you like to work with ?  
1 - I prefer working with people I know because they know my creative style.
  2 - I feel more comfortable with people who feel like me.
  3 - It does not matter because I am able to work around all sorts of people if the objective is clear enough.

What difficulties are you faced with when working on a collective project ?  
1 - I feel frustrated because I can't recall my initial vision and I have a hard time entering other people's vision.
  2 - I need more time to express how I feel and be more detailed.
  3 - I worry about how to make a decision when there is a profusion of ideas.

XI.
How do you manage a project ?  
1 - My co-workers work independently, but I interfere often when I deem necessary to make a change.
  2 - I support the development of the project according to predetermined deadlines and after having consulted with the team, I proceed with the necessary correction according to the team's recommendations.
  3 - I let my team work independently thoughout the development of the project and only interfere upon its completion, thus risking having to start over from the beginning.
